Solutions Architect

As a member of our solution architecture team you will provide the crucial link between our customers and our development teams, and will play a key role in the full lifecycle of a solution from the initial spark of an idea through to implementation and live use. You will work with long established customers who rely on us to deliver systems which are critical to their success. You will also have the opportunity to propose and develop new systems and services, helping to craft solutions that lead to new long-term partnerships.

Solution Architects will be required to define solutions across the product range and not focus on a single product or component.

Business Unit Director - Major Accounts

Managing a team of Account Directors and Delivery Managers, as Business Unit Director for Major Accounts you will focus on the ongoing relationship with RM Results' largest clients and the development and growth of business with those clients. You will be fully accountable for driving sustainable growth in these key accounts and for ensuring long term retention of these customer contracts. You will have full accountability for creating and shaping the Business Unit strategy, with full P&L ownership and accountability across orders, revenue, profit and cash. Working within a matrixed organisation you will be required to lead and develop a highly effective and motivated team to ensure the execution of the strategy is successful.

Working closely with the Sales, Product, and in particular Product Development functions, you will identify and drive the alignment of product to the strategic priorities of major clients. The ability to effectively manage senior external relationships is critical to the role and you will build and develop senior and C-suite relationships with clients, competitors, partners and other industry experts.

Account Director

As Account Director you will manage key accounts to deliver long term contracts and additional growth with full accountability for meeting and/or exceeding order, revenue, profit and cash targets. You will be fully accountable for driving sustainable growth within your accounts, creating strong and positive client relationships, overall customer satisfaction and delivery of contracts. You will ensure successful delivery of existing contracts and requirements, ensure customer expectations and service levels are met, and achieve long term client retention and contract growth.

You will need solid commercial and financial acumen, customer focus, commitment to delivery excellence and creativity in order to develop the strategy and direction for your accounts, aligned to Business Unit strategy and objectives. Working within a matrixed organisation as Account Director you will be required to lead and develop a highly effective and motivated team to ensure the execution of the strategy is successful. You will work with the wider RM Results team, and in particular the Product team, to support understanding of customer requirements, and the development of the short, medium and long term Product strategy for RM Results.
