Managing a team of Account Directors and Delivery Managers, as Business Unit Director for Major Accounts you will focus on the ongoing relationship with RM Results' largest clients and the development and growth of business with those clients. You will be fully accountable for driving sustainable growth in these key accounts and for ensuring long term retention of these customer contracts. You will have full accountability for creating and shaping the Business Unit strategy, with full P&L ownership and accountability across orders, revenue, profit and cash.
