Assessment Service Consultant

The Assessment Service Consultant is responsible for the organisation and delivery of the operational services for one or more customers, as a member of the Service Operations Team. It is a customer facing role and will require liaising with both operational counterparts within customer and supplier organisations, and when appropriate senior customer and supplier stakeholders.

The role is focussed on successfully owning and managing the delivery of the operational services in each session, service or pilot. The Service Operations Executive is responsible for the delivery of an examination session or service from planning through to full reconciliation of all exam responses before results issue. Therefore, the role comes with a significant level of responsibility in these high stakes services.

It is important that the job holder is commercially astute with excellent organisational skills and the ability to form constructive working relationships with customers and colleagues. The Senior Project Manager will play a part in shaping the team in a challenging high stakes environment, as such experience of mentoring up and coming team members would be an advantage.

As a Senior Project Manager you will working on a range of projects ranging from 500K – 20million lasting anywhere between 6 months and 5 years.

Operations Manager

As the RM Results business grows there is a need for our operational quality and governance to evolve, helping to ensure that customers continue to receive the high levels of service they expect. The Operations Quality Manager will work closely with colleagues from across the business to shape and execute effective processes that will support this.

The primary purpose of this role is to ensure that effective operational governance and quality processes are implemented across RM Results. This will include the key areas of:

- Risk Management
- Management Reporting
- Operational Governance
- Service Level Management

In order to fulfil this role the job holder will need to communicate across the RM Results business at all levels up to and including the senior leadership team. Whilst not directly customer facing, success in this role will directly impact the quality of service delivered to our customers.
