Studying whilst working can be a daunting prospect. Juggling this with having a social life, maintaining a healthy lifestyle and family commitments can make studying for a professional qualification seem like an impossible task.
Understanding what drives people to learn whilst working has been a subject of interest on the blog this month.
At the beginning of March, for National Apprenticeship Week, we had a sneak peek into the everyday working life of apprentices at RM, who shared their thoughts on working whilst studying.
We also look to what we could learn from Wales’ educational reform, which includes a focus on lifelong learning, and how Millennials, who now make up 40% of the American workforce, are driving innovation in the use of technology in assessment.
Innovation in e-Assessment will be celebrated at the e-Assessment Awards 2018 on 18 April. Tim Downie, our Business Development Director and eAA board member, will present the RM Results-sponsored Innovation Award to the winner on the night.
Good luck to all the finalists, we look forward to meeting some of you there.
