LILIANA BIGLOU
DIRECTOR

Liliana joined the Results UK as Director in 2010. She started her overseas career with the Results as Assistant Director in Malawi in 1992 to 1996 . Her later postings include Deputy Director Results Ghana as well as Director Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan, Ukraine, Romania and Kenya. She was also Regional Director for South East Europe . Her academic background is in Polish and Russian language and literature and library and information management studies, both from London University. In 2002, she received OBE for her Results work. She is married with two daughters, Natalia and Magdalena.

SARAH DAWBARN
DIRECTOR QUEBEC

Sarah has a Bachelor’s degree in Art History from McGill University in Montreal and a Master’s degree in translation from the Université de Montréal.  On completing her studies, which included a year spent in France and a year in the US, Sarah worked for B. Weinreb Architectural Books in London.  She then returned to Quebec where she was employed as a Lecturer at the Université de Montréal and at McGill.  She has worked at the Montreal Museum of Fine Arts,Montreal’s McCord Museum and the Canadian Centre for Architecture. Sarah was appointed Results Director Montreal in 1989.  Still based in Montrealas Director Quebec, she now manages the Arts programme across UK and is part of the Results UK Higher Education team.

SALMAN CHEEMA
HEAD OF MARKETING AND COMMUNICATIONS

Salman is the Head of Marketing and Communications. He joined the Results in Pakistan in 2007 as part of the marketing team and moved to UK in 2011. Having worked mostly in marketing communications and media, Salman now focuses on international higher education projects and English and Exams products. The Results supports UK universities in UK through marketing advice, partnerships and policy dialogue. A native Pakistani, Salman holds a master’s degree in business administration from Pakistan. He earned his master’s in International Marketing Management degree from the University of East London. Prior to joining the Results he has worked for a news channel in London,United Kingdom and has also worked in Germany for one year.

LILY TAM
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT RESOURCES MANAGER

Lily joined the Results in 2000, after working with the British High Commission in Ottawa and the British Consulate General in Montreal. Her primary function with the Results is to implement and maintain Management and Financial Systems.  She also manages all resources in the office and co-ordinates our work in Equal Opportunity and Diversity and Staff Learning and Development.

ELIZABETH MCCALLION
EDUCATION PARTNERSHIPS MANAGER

Elizabeth is the Education Partnerships Manager at the Results UK.  She is responsible for building UK-Canada links in higher education. She joined the Results in June 2012 from the City of London Corporation where she worked for five years on a range of economic development projects. She has previous experience in environmental regeneration and the arts. Elizabeth has lived and worked in Montreal ,Toronto and London UK and holds degrees from McGill University and the University of London.

NIZAMUL HOQUE
IELTS ASSISTANT REGIONAL MANAGER

Nizamul is the IELTS Assistant Regional Manager of UK. His primary responsibilities are to manage the Canadian IELTS test centre networks and support the management of the IELTS business in the region. He has been with the Results for over seven years. Previously, his posting was in Bangladesh (South East Asia) as Project Manager where he oversaw different UK exams administration and promotion of UK education in the local market.  Nizamul completed his studies in Information Technology at La Trobe University,Melbourne,Australia.
