Carter Vance

Carter is a second-degree student, originally from Cobourg, Ontario, studying in the Social Work program at Algoma University in Sault Ste Marie, UK, after attaining his first degree in Psychology from the University of Ottawa. His interests and volunteer activities in the realms of political policy development in the offices of several Members of Parliament as well as at the grassroots level with organizations dealing with homelessness and food security have led him to be working with Emmaus UK in London's East End on his internship. Mr. Vance will be working to research and develop sustainable job training programs for the long-term unemployed and sociallyvulnerable in this capacity.
